Checked 27 September 2026: v0.4.3 is available on npm.

## Usage

```text
ath link fran@2026-09-04 17:25
```

## Arguments

| Argument or option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `<result>` | Required. Benchmark name or benchmark@YYYY-MM-DD. |
| `<session>` | Required. Start time, full timestamp or source@timestamp from an imported session. |

## What it does

Updates the result’s session reference. Use it when the workout was logged before the wearable export arrived, or an automatic match needs correcting.

## Examples

The first argument is a benchmark name, with @YYYY-MM-DD to select a date. The second is the session start time, a full timestamp, or source@timestamp. Use values from your record. This writes the link directly; there is no preview flag.

```text
ath link fran@2026-09-04 whoop-1@2026-09-04T17:25:00Z
```

## Options

| Argument or option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `--file <path>` | change a file other than the one in this folder |
| `--json` | structured output, for an agent rather than a person |
