# Athletic Standard > An open standard and CLI for your training history. Keep your ath file wherever you choose, use the agent and model you choose, and carry your history across devices. ATH requires no account or subscription. These docs cover ATH v0.4.3 (MIT license), reviewed against source commit cd89f72eceae3961ef1a05694226515c9e4321d2. They describe the CLI in that repository revision, its supported imports and the ath file format. Device independence does not imply an importer for every device. Supported device exports: Apple Health, WHOOP and Oura. Checked 27 September 2026: v0.4.3 is available on npm. The Markdown pages below are generated from the same content as the website. Start with SKILL.md for agent-led setup, then fetch the guides relevant to the task. The installed CLI's help and bundled skill are authoritative for its version. ## Agent setup - [ATH skill](https://ath.fit/SKILL.md): Install ATH, create or locate the athlete's folder, install the bundled skill and verify setup. ## Start - [Getting started](https://ath.fit/docs/index.md): ATH brings device measurements, workout results and your own observations into a local record that you and your agent can work from. - [Your athletic record](https://ath.fit/docs/record.md): A readable index of your training, with the detail close at hand.
