See the available measurements, date coverage, per-source averages and benchmark history. Coverage matters as much as the number itself.
$ath statsInspect a measurement
A series prints one summary row per day. Filter a date range, select one source, or use --raw for individual samples.
$ath series heart_rate$ath series heart_rate --from 2026-08-24 --to 2026-08-30$ath series heart_rate --source apple-watch-1 --rawPass it to an agent
Use --json for structured output. Use the actual source IDs shown by ath stats; the source above is an example.
